Hi, I’m Nic, owner of Nic’s Home Bakes. Having my own cake business has always been a dream of mine and I am beyond ecstatic that it is now a reality! My love of baking and decorating cakes that look amazing and taste fantastic is something that has been around for as long as I can remember. Ever since my mum taught me how to bake a great cake, I have been making cakes for friends and family at every opportunity. I have developed my skills through endless practise, trials and the occasional error, which has been a lengthy process for a perfectionist like myself, who will not settle for anything less than the neatest of piping, the lightest of cakes and an amazing end result.
