A super moist carrot cake with silky smooth cream cheese buttercream. My usual recipe includes walnuts; however, these can easily be left out or replaced with raisins/sultanas on request.

Red Velvet

A light chocolate sponge with a classic red hue, with cream cheese or vanilla buttercream.

Lotus Biscoff

A subtle Biscoff sponge with Biscoff buttercream. Cupcakes are decorated with Biscoff crumb and Biscoff biscuits.

Custard Cream

Custard cream cake with custard cream buttercream. Cupcakes are sprinkled with custard cream crumbs and finished with custard cream biscuits.

Oreo

Chocolate sponge cake with cookies and cream buttercream, Cupcakes are topped with Oreo cookies.

Cookie Dough

A vanilla choc chip sponge cake, with cookie dough buttercream. Cupcakes are topped with mini cookies.

Cherry Almond

A subtle almond sponge cake, with black cherry jam and morello cherry almond buttercream. Cupcakes are crowned with glacé cherries.

Caramel

A subtle caramel sponge cake, with caramel buttercream. Cupcakes are decorated with a drizzle of caramel sauce, gold crunch sprinkles and oozy squares of caramel chocolate.

Cappuccino

A coffee flavoured sponge cake with vanilla coffee buttercream.

Mint Choc

Mint choc sponge cake with mint choc buttercream. Cupcakes are topped with mint chocolate balls.

Chocolate Orange

Chocolate orange sponge cake with chocolate orange buttercream. Cupcakes are topped with segments of chocolate orange.

Black Forest

A light chocolate sponge cake with a generous layer of black cherry jam, and vanilla buttercream.

Ice Cream Cupcakes

Vanilla or chocolate sponge cakes topped with a generous swirl of vanilla or chocolate buttercream, strawberry or chocolate sauce, sprinkles and a mini chocolate flake.

Jammie Dodger Cupcakes

A classic vanilla sponge cake with a raspberry jam centre, topped with a generous swirl of vanilla buttercream, more jam and a mini jammie dodger.

Cookie Cake

A 10″ Cookie Cake with a choice of milk or white chocolate chips and milk chocolate (brown) or white chocolate (can be coloured) ganache for the piping. Choose a short message e.g. ‘Happy Birthday Dad’ to be piped on the cake. Sprinkles can be added to the piped border on request.

Luxury Cookie Cake – as above but with a selection of sweets, chocolates or sugar flowers on the piped border.

Double Layer Cookie Cake – Two layers of cookie cake, sandwiched with a layer of ganache, topped with a piped border and brief message.
